PRICING
When pricing a job The Party Place must consider the size and height of the venue, amount of balloons needed, centerpieces made, large balloons structures created, any special requests for lighting, remote exploding balloons, confetti cannons and balloon drops. We also must include fees for delivery, set-up and break-down. Out-of-town job quotes will include pricing for travel, room and board.
Many people do not understand what is entailed in the cost of decorating an event. We meet with prospective customers more then two to three times before any agreements are made. We want our customers to feel confident, comfortable and informed about our services. upon finalization of party details, we ask half the total job cost be paid upon signing contracts. The remaining balance will be paid one week prior to the event.
Many factors are involved when pricing a quote. If you are considering us to decorate your next party we ask that you set up an initial consultation either person to person or by phone to discuss your ideas. This will give us an Idea of the type of decor you are considering for your celebration when a consultation is made.
